Important: Location tracking continues in the background while you are on an active shift. You can stop background location tracking by ending your shift or going offline in the App.

We automatically collect information about your use of the App, including:

Trip details (pickup/dropoff locations, times, distances)
Shift activity (start/end times, breaks, duration)
App interactions and features used
Device information (type, operating system, unique identifiers)

3. Legal Compliance - Chiron Integration

For Drivers Operating in Flanders, Belgium:

We are legally required to report trip data to the Chiron police database system. This includes:

Trip start and end times
Pickup and dropoff locations
Trip distances
Driver and vehicle information

This data sharing is mandatory under Belgian law and is necessary to operate legally as a taxi driver in Flanders.
